Winter Hot Pot Club: Shop. Cook. Eat. Connect! - An authentic Asian culinary adventure

Gather around the bubbling pot for an evening of comfort and connection. We ask foodies to bring some sliced meat (Asian Market) or raw veggies to cook, from napa cabbage to corn and greens, We create a hotpot feast together!

Join us for one of Omaha's most unique winter gatherings, where we'll explore the rich traditions of Asian hot pot together. Before dinner, guests are invited to visit a local Asian market to discover fresh vegetables, mushrooms, tofu, noodles, seafood, meats, and other ingredients that may be entirely new to them. We'll share shopping tips, introduce unfamiliar ingredients, and help you learn how to select the perfect items for hot pot.

Bring one or two ingredients to contribute, and together we'll create a beautiful communal feast.

Unlike a restaurant, every gathering is different. We rotate a variety of authentic broths depending on the season and the group's preferences, including:

We'll prepare the broths, homemade sauces, cooking essentials, tea, and everything needed for a memorable evening—you simply bring your curiosity and 2-3 favorite ingredient to share.
