How do you calculate the total score after someone wins?

In MCR scoring, the base point value is determined by the number of fans. Each fan doubles the base (e.g., 8 fans = 8 points, 9 fans = 16 points, using a doubling scale). On a discard win, the player who discarded the winning tile pays the full amount while the other two players pay half. On a self-draw win, all three players pay the full amount.
