PhD-led training with Dr. Chen Huang
Chinese Mahjong gameplay puts critical thinking and situational awareness into practice. Participants assess changing information, read the table and consider the consequences of their choices.
Choose Leadership Through Mahjong when leadership development is the goal. The program connects choices at the table to how people lead and work with their teams, with a different purpose from a social gathering.

Social Mahjong for your team
For a team social, employee celebration or workplace milestone, choose our social Mahjong event at $30 per person. Your company provides the venue. Two instructors lead a two-hour session, with a minimum of 12 participants. We bring the tiles, mats, instruction manuals and accompanying equipment, then handle setup and cleanup.
Compare lessons and group eventsGive everyone a way in
Your team does not need to arrive knowing the rules. Start with the tiles and the rhythm of play so learning the game becomes part of the gathering.
Make conversation easier
A shared game gives colleagues something to talk about beyond their day-to-day work. Each hand creates choices to discuss and opportunities to get to know one another.
Celebrate around the table
Consider Mahjong for a team social, an employee celebration, or a workplace milestone. Keep the focus on time together rather than a formal training agenda.
